8 items held

What was withheld

A site that publishes everything it was handed is not exercising judgement. A site that quietly drops things is worse. Here is the list.

Each entry says what was held, which document it came from, why it was held, and what is published in its place. Nothing on this list was dropped for being inconvenient — every one of them is either somebody else’s to release, somebody else’s name, or a claim that has no source.

The counterparty’s name

W1 · Talking-Notes.md

The notes are for a meeting with a named company that has not agreed to be named in anything published. The strategy, the sequencing, the four answers to have ready and the IP position are all carried; the name is not, and nor is anything that identifies it.

Published instead: Everything the notes teach about how to hold a partner meeting is on this site. Only the name is missing.

The StrongRoom architecture document, in full

W2 · StrongRoom-Technical-Architecture-and-Hosting.docx

Page one carries “Confidential — covered by executed NDA. Not for distribution.” It is the most detailed mechanism document in the set — the one that says exactly how the engine does what the decks say it does. Even its section headings are more specific than anything the public material states, so the sections are not listed here either.

Published instead: What the public Safe Elections decks already say about the engine is carried and quoted. Nothing goes past that line — which is also the rule her own talking notes set: “enough mechanism detail for them to evaluate fit, no more.”

Three Guardian Sphere slides

W3 · Presentation - Protecting Every Home copy.pdf

Page 26 is the Canva template’s placeholder contact block — hello@reallygreatsite.com, @reallygreatsite, (12) 3456-7890 — under a real person’s name and a real email on page 1. Pages 19 and 20 present Fortinet, Cisco and CrowdStrike as partners, with no agreement stated anywhere in the deck. Page 9 plots the template’s dummy series under a heading that says it quantifies growth across sectors.

Published instead: The product architecture, the five components, the business model and the market arithmetic are on this site. The arithmetic is sound: $150B + $6B + $12B = $168B. The three slides are not.

An unsourced health rate

W4 · Presentation - Protecting Every Home copy.pdf

“rising EMF exposure rates at 20% per year” is presented as an established threat with no source, no unit and no measurer named. On the four-rung ladder it does not reach rung 4, because rung 4 requires naming who measured it and when.

Published instead: The claim is named here so it can be sourced or dropped. It does not appear anywhere on this site as a fact.

Outreach call scripts naming individuals

W5 · Profession_in_a_Box_ORIGINAL_Project_Master_Brief 2.docx

The brief contains scripts addressed to a named former executive and a named firm, written to be read aloud on a call. Publishing them would put words in a private individual’s inbox that they never agreed to receive in public.

Published instead: The three monetisation routes, the NDA-first meeting rules and the partnership positioning are carried. The scripts are not.

Anything below B2, in participant-facing pages

W6 · The Admiralty floor

Her own rule: nothing below B2 appears in participant-facing material. A C3 document can sit in the ledger with its rating shown. It cannot sit in a handout.

Published instead: The ledger shows every rating. A reader can see exactly what was rated what, and why one document is rated C3.

Vessel-transit counts

W7 · The chokepoint instrument

No official source gives the baseline the architecture first used. Circulating figures differ by methodology. The corrections register says to use throughput volumes instead.

Published instead: The instrument has no vessel-count input at all — not a disabled one, not one behind a warning. A control that exists gets used.

Any depiction, image or real message in the approach exercise

W8 · The approach instrument

The AF Dallas package sets eight child-safety invariants, including no graphic content, no offender-instruction detail and no forced disclosure. An exercise about grooming that shows grooming has failed before it starts.

Published instead: Both scenes are constructed text. The markers are named; the method is never demonstrated. Every run ends with an action pathway.

One rule underneath all eight. Where a document disagrees with another document, both are shown with the file each came from. Where a document names somebody who has not agreed to be named, the name goes. Where a claim has no source, the claim is described rather than repeated. None of those three is a judgement about who is right.
